Walter (Tracy) is a Vice President of KSA. Tracy received his Civil Engineering degree from Texas A&M University in 1980. Tracy’s responsibilities with KSA emphasize municipal water, wastewater and solid waste system improvements. His experience includes facilities planning for wastewater treatment facilities; design of water supply, pumping, and distribution systems; wastewater treatment, pumping and collection systems; landfills; streets and drainage structures.
