PAID-TIME-OFF
Employees earn a significant amount of PTO each year. PTO allows for maximum flexibility and can be used for anything requiring an employee to be away from work.
HOLIDAYS
Paid holidays include: New Year's Day, Good Friday (1/2 Day), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (1/2 Day), and Christmas Day.
OTHER PAID LEAVE
Other types of paid leave available at full pay are jury duty, military leave, maternity, paternity, and bereavement.

The Pape-Dawson Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was created in 2015 in honor of Pape-Dawson’s 50th anniversary to provide employees the opportunity to make a tangible, significant impact on employee-selected, local, nonprofit organizations. To date, Pape-Dawson and its employees have raised and donated combined funds to numerous local charities. Pape-Dawson employees also volunteer their time to more than 100 different charitable, civic, and professional organizations.
The success of each client and the development of healthy, vibrant communities is what drives our daily agenda. That commitment and work ethic motivates us to also be leaders in our industry, which then blazes a trail for others in our company and others in our industry to continue to strive for excellence.
