Bob Fisher, P.E.

Bob Fisher, P.E., is KSA’s Regional Manager for Texas. In this role, he leads the business development efforts of KSA’s Austin, McKinney, and Sugar Land offices, working in concert with each division manager. Prior to serving as Regional Manager, Bob managed KSA’s Shreveport office and the Architectural Services group. He will continue to manage the Architecture Services Group in this new role.
Bob is also instrumental to project coordination and quality control. He has more than 30 years of experience working with public officials to complete a variety of projects. He has served the Bossier Parish Police Jury, the City of Bossier City, and the City of Shreveport on numerous high profile site civil and architecture projects.
Bob graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed engineer in Texas. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Louisiana Engineering Society.
