Chris Osburn Joins KSA

Chris Osburn joined KSA in 2016 after working as an intern in our Longview office the year prior. In high school Chris learned engineering encompasses the principles of both math and science, which prompted his decision to become an engineer himself. Chris is a dedicated young professional who is eager to learn as much as possible about civil and structural engineering. He welcomes challenges and can easily adapt to varying professional and interpersonal climates.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Texas at Tyler where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. He will be working for the newly formed Development Services group out of our Tyler office.

Dallas Wendling Joins KSA

KSA is pleased to welcome Dallas Wendling to our team of diverse and skilled engineers. Dallas is no stranger to KSA, completing an internship in the summer of 2015 with the firm. Dallas considers the best advice he has received to be "Find purpose in your work," he continues, "If there is purpose in your work, you are more likely to enjoy what you do and succeed at it." Dallas is sure to find purpose in KSA's Municipal Division. The division prides itself on becoming a part of the communities in which they work and investing in their welfare through projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, street and drainage improvements and recreational facilities.

Hailing from Plano, Texas, Mr. Wendling graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a Master of Environmental Engineering degree. Dallas will work in the McKinney office.

Trevor Self Joins KSA

Just like the rest of us, Trevor Self has been inconvenienced by poor infrastructure design. Growing up, he and his family were regularly delayed in the same place, complete with a popular retail area, a hill and a blind spot. This perpetual inconvenience sparked Trevor’s interest in civil engineering. He liked the idea of making an impact in a community that would add convenience and last for 20+ years.

Trevor interned at KSA the summer before beginning his professional career here. He is eager to learn as much as possible and grow within the firm. He is a driven young professional who is in constant pursuit of greatness. “I am not the type of person to settle for second best” says Trevor. “I want to accomplish all I can as an engineer and help grow KSA as a company.”

Trevor is a soccer enthusiast who played all the way through college – even now. He attended the University of Texas at Tyler where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering. Trevor joins KSA’s Aviation Services group and will aid in the design of runway extensions, taxiway rehabilitations, apron expansions, hangar development and airport planning. He will work out of our McKinney office.
