Jeremy Orr, P.E.
Municipal Team Leader
Jeremy joined KSA in 2012 upon receiving his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler. While pursuing his degree, Jeremy worked for KSA part time as a surveyor. His survey experience includes topographical design surveys, boundary surveys, and construction staking for both municipal and oil and gas construction projects. Jeremy has served as project manager for a variety of engineering projects including water treatment plant improvements, distribution system and collection system improvements, wastewater treatment plant improvements, lift stations, drainage improvements, and street improvements.
