Grayson Cox, P.E.

Grayson Cox, P.E., graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and began his career with KSA Engineers in 2008. In that time, Grayson has worked with over 30 municipal and state agency clients to successfully complete projects totaling in excess of $20 million in construction costs. His experience includes all aspects of planning, design, and construction management for a wide range of utility, transportation, and development projects. Grayson’s regulatory knowledge includes TxDOT Standard Specifications, design manuals, and local government project procedures; AASHTO and TxMUTCD design guidelines; the Texas Accessibility Standards for ADA compliance on pedestrian facilities; TCEQ regulations for public water and sanitary sewer systems; and FAA Advisory Circulars and standard specifications for construction on airports. The majority of Grayson’s projects require close coordination with various funding agencies and his extensive knowledge of these programs and their reporting requirements helps projects move efficiently through the regulatory system. Grayson’s emphasis on efficient and effective design and management ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s full satisfaction.
