Abiel Carrillo, P.E.

With 15 years of engineering experience, Abiel Carrillo, P.E., has established a well-rounded civil engineering foundation that includes both transportation and municipal design. Abiel supports KSA with transportation and drainage scoping, planning, design, and construction.  Abiel has interacted with senators, state representatives, mayors, council members, tribal authorities and representatives of governor’s offices on behalf of, and alongside, many communities in New Mexico and Texas to secure grant funding for roadway improvements. He successfully coordinates with governmental authorities while also educating the public about the need for proposed projects. Abiel has assisted communities with urgent design needs as well as preparing multiyear plans. Abiel leads project teams in all aspects and has many years nurturing relationships across Texas and New Mexico.
