Collinsville Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Collinsville, Texas KSA Engineers, Inc. was hired by the City of Collinsville to design improvements to the existing wastewater plant. The existing plant was not able to meet the new ammonia limit that was added to their discharge permit. The KSA team designed the new plant to increase the plant capacity from 0.24 MGD (0.499 MGD peak) to 0.5 MGD (2.0 MGD peak). KSA worked with the TCEQ to obtain an amendment to the wastewater discharge permit and approval of the project.
